What Is Natural Law Ethics?
Natural Law Ethics is a moral theory that teaches that certain moral principles are accessible through human reason. Thomas Aquinas argued that because human beings possess rational capacities, they are able to recognize actions that promote human flourishing and avoid those that undermine it.
Aquinas developed Natural Law by integrating Aristotle's philosophy with Christian theological reflection. In the Summa Theologiae, he explains that human beings participate in the Eternal Law through reason.

In my opinion, the best principle which should apply in overcoming ethical problems associated with artificial intelligence is the principle of beneficence and non-maleficence.
