Ethics Learning Hub is maintained by Dr. Winifredo Nierras, PhD, an educator, author, and former university professor with more than two decades of experience teaching Theology, Ethics, Philosophy, and Religious Studies in higher education.

This website was created to provide reliable, accessible, and learner-friendly resources that support the CHED General Education Ethics course while encouraging critical thinking, moral responsibility, and ethical leadership.
